Do you know what? I absolutely love to relax in my bed on a cool and calm evening like this, writing a post with the hazy sound of soul music in the background. I'm scratching my head wondering why I haven't been doing it a lot lately! Here's the deal, I think I've been caught up in other social mediums that I've forgotten how beautifully therapeutic it is to just write a blog post...sort it out Shirls!
Anyway here's what I got up to on Thursday evening! I was invited down to the marvellous W Hotel in Soho by nelly.com's team to unveil the launch of their new brand and celebrate their coming to the UK. It was an evening of champagne and pampering, I got to have my nails done by expert nail technicians, as well as chat and have a laugh with other bloggers (

Inga who were such sweethearts)! It was so fun!
I met the lovely
Sandra, one of my inspirations, and was so delighted to find that she read my blog. She talked about working on the collection with nelly.com and her experience with the company so far, which has been great!
I had heard of nelly.com before, and I remember endlessly scrolling through the shoe section wishing they could be delivered to the UK, so you can imagine my excitement when I realised they were finally launching here!
I've been so inspired lately and I can't wait to share with you some outfits I've planned in my head! And although exam season is fast approaching I'm going to try my best to keep on top of things, manage my time properly so I can have evenings like this to just blog! ^.^
